Rabbi Beth Janus

I love being Jewish, teaching Judaism, and living a Jewish life. And I treasure sharing that love with other people. In college, I aspired to bring Judaism to those who were skeptical of Judaism’s relevance to a modern American life. I became a Reform rabbi through the Hebrew Union College, where I received smicha (rabbinic ordination) in 2001. Today I teach, sing, and guide people through life cycle events, classes, and rituals. I revel in connecting with people and helping them discover the depth and beauty of Judaism. I would love to connect with you too!
